You approved the business case. Now your board wants to know what came back. In three weeks you get a clear answer: what you have gained, where value is still leaking and what to fix first, in numbers your CFO will put their name to.
Talk about your programmeThe day after go-live, everyone moves on. The vendors report their own successes, the implementation partner starts the next project, and the business case goes back in the drawer. Yet the savings and revenue gains that justified the investment depend on things nobody owns any more: configuration that was never finished, old workarounds that survived, people who never learnt the new way of working.
In several hundred post-go-live reviews I led across Europe, 88% found value leaking in exactly these places. Nearly a third had no baseline to measure against.
This is what your board sees each quarter:

You are not buying a one-off report. The method behind every review comes from live ERP, HR and supply chain programmes across Europe, and the judgement on what really changed in yours is personalized, not automated.
What stays with you is a set of ready-built AI agents, running on Claude or LLM of your choosing and tailored to your targets, data and ways of working. They take in your system reports, refresh the board dashboard each quarter and flag where value is slipping, so your team can keep proving value without starting from scratch every time.
You work with me directly. I'm Ognen Borozanov. For 15 years at Oracle in Europe I helped organisations build and prove the case for large system programmes, most recently as Head of Oracle Insight & Customer Strategy for the EU and UK. I created the post-go-live value review practice there and ran it with clients in financial services, manufacturing, retail and the public sector. Before that: strategy at ING, Siemens and Daimler, consulting at PwC.
Lorandite works only for the buyer, independent of any software vendor or implementation partner.
If two of these sound familiar, let's talk. I work in English, Dutch and German across the Benelux, the UK, Nordics and DACH. Implementation partners who want an independent value check for their clients are welcome too.
